We offer SLA's (service level agreements) that are designed to provide maximum coverage for minimum cost. All SLA solutions require a Non Disclosure Confidentiality Agreement between KoolWired Solutions and you. This form of quality control ensures that "what is on your network, stays on your network."
We also provide service documentation to the client additional at no charge. This documentation remains "On Site". This way, you know exactly what tasks our consultants perform on your network.
Pricing per hour for scheduled appointments during normal business hours starts at only $59. There is a $25 trip charge for service and support calls outside the Houston Metro Area. We invite you to shop around and compare pricing with our competition; We feel that you will be pleasantly surprised.
Should you require more frequent assistance, then please contact us regarding our Managed IT Services option. We also offer emergency On Call Response services or OCR when you require IT assistance that is after hours or on the weekend.
